Spending a day at the school is essential for a candidate to get a good sense of the day to day life at St. Joseph Regional High School. We strongly urge all applicants to be a “Knight for a Day”.
Students interested in spending a day at St. Joseph's, should schedule such a visit with the Director of Admissions, Mr. Michael Doherty (201-391-3300, ext. 41).
Visitors will typically shadow a current freshmen through the first four classes of the day, and then join the rest of the freshmen for lunch in the cafeteria. In addition, Mr. Doherty will provide information about St. Joe’s and answer specific questions about the school and its programs. Depending on availability, an opportunity to speak with a particular teacher, coach or moderator may be possible.
Students who spend a day should arrive in the main office by 8:00 am, dressed in shirt, tie and khaki or dress pants. The Knight for a Day program typically ends at 12:30, unless other arrangements are made in advance.
