Green Knights 101

Green Knights 101: Experience Life at SJR Outside the Classroom

Our Green Knights 101 sessions are specially-designed and exclusively for students currently in 7th grade. This program has select dates in April and May each year. We hope to see you for Green Knights 101!

This program gives prospective 7th grade students the opportunity to:

  • Meet our Principal
  • Spend the day with other 7th grade students
  • Gain exposure to all SJR has to offer
  • Meet current students and faculty
  • Participate in a service project
  • Take a campus tour
  • See firsthand what makes SJR so special

Program Details

  • Schedule: The Green Knights 101 program runs on select dates in April and May for current 7th grade students.
  • Booking: Visits must be scheduled online at least three (3) business days in advance.

What to Expect on Your Visit

Arrival Time:

  • 8:15 AM at the SJR Main Lobby.
  • Visiting students will be welcomed by our administration.

Parent Meeting:

  • 12:15 PM in the Inserra Theater.
  • Admissions staff will review next steps and answer any questions.

Parent and Student Wrap-Up:

  • 1:00 PM 

Important Information

Attire:

  • Students should wear comfortable clothing - as part of their day, they will be outside touring our campus and sporting around in the gym.
  • Note: Earrings and facial jewelry are not allowed during the visit.

Lunch:

  • A complimentary lunch is provided.
  • We can accommodate most allergies. If you have specific dietary restrictions, please notify us in advance.
