The first-ever SJR Day at the Marist Brothers Center at Esopus was a success! Esopus has become a second home for many of our students and alumni, volunteering at various campus and enjoying retreats throughout the year.
But their families rarely get to enjoy the beautiful acreage along the Hudson River.
On July 24, the doors were opened to the families of the SJR community to see what it's all about.
Director of Operations Tim Hagan welcomed the group before lunch and the grounds were open for hiking, games, and exploring the area.
Later in the day, everyone made their way up to the pool for a swim and much-needed ice cream.
