Forensics Sketches Courtyard Crime Scene

The new Forensics elective has proven a hit with Green Knights. The popular section, taught by Mr. Trivino, gives students a hands-on opportunity to learn the basics of forensics as upperclassmen.

This week, they go an opportunity to go outside the classroom, searching for clues in the school courtyard as part of a group assignment to sketch a crime scene.

After identifying the evidence within the grid, the groups had to place markers to confirm the location and snap images before drawing their sketches. Sketches are used in court - typically using computer software - when photographs may not be admissible.
