Teaching philosophy:

Educational Technology has been a part of Margaret Sullivan’s life since the day she was born.  As a child of an educator, who paved the way for bringing and using technology into schools during the 70’s and 80’s, it was really no surprise that she followed in her father’s footsteps in the 90’s.   For the past 2+ decades it has been Margaret’s mission and passion to gently guide educators into educational technology adoption. Through the individualization of tech training, in the real and virtual world, Margaret steers teachers from a level of uncertainty to comfort when using tech tools with their students.  Tech tools in the classroom allow teachers to differentiate learning and increase student understanding in addition to giving students voice and choice.

When I’m not at SJR you’ll find me:

Watching the Yankees or listening to audiobooks while I walk.

Ask me about:

My amazing daughter, Shannon, my twin granddaughters, or my little dog, Rocky

I like to work at SJR because:

There is always something going on in the Media Center and no two days are alike.
