Broadway Theater Workshops
Where your theatrical journey begins
We are a year round theater program in residence at St. Joseph’s Regional High School providing the community with workshops, summer camps, school musicals and drama productions.  Our Goal is to prepare our students to work on stage with passion, confidence, determination and strong performance skills.   We provide a safe, supportive environment with a staff who offer students unique and fun theater training. We help our students develop the three major areas of performance—singing, acting and dance and ensure that at whatever level they arrive, they will be further along when they leave as a result of their camp experience.

Senior Theater Camp
July 15th—July 26th
(9:00am—4:00pm)

We welcome students (grades 5-12) who want to develop their acting and singing skills and improve their stage presence. During this two week camp, workshops are conducted in acting, dancing (for dancers and non-dancers), speech and diction, improvisation, auditioning, stage combat, and individual voice lessons. Auditions are not necessary
to attend this camp. Campers present our “Musical Revue”, a performance for family and friends at the St. Joseph Regional HS Inserra Theater
on Thursday, July 25th.
Advanced Theater Group
July 15th—July 26th
(9:00am—4:00pm)

A subset of Senior Theater Camp requires that students (grades 10-12) have previous training and stage experience. Applications and auditions (in June) are required for admission to this
program which will
develop and challenge
performers to a new level.

Junior Theater Camp
August 5th-9th
(9am—3pm)

Students (grades 3-5) participate in the same activities described in the Senior Theater Camp.  Adjustments in material are made to ensure everything is age-appropriate.
This 1 week program ends with a
demonstration on Friday, August 9th.
Performance Camp
Aug 5th-17th
(4pm—9pm)

With just 2 weeks to put on a show - casting, blocking, choreographing, we are BUSY!  All registered campers are cast in the show and we do not skimp.  Our summer production includes costumes, set design, make-up, lighting, etc... and is well attended.  There is also a lot of learning opportunities for our campers during the process.
