After last year's highly successful in-person Summer Theater Camp, BTW is elated to return for Summer 2021!

Tired of being stuck at home? Bored with everything being virtual? Missing being with kids your own age?  Anxious to keep developing your Performance Skills?

 Well, we have the solution!

BTW Summer Theater Camps have set the standard for theatrical training in the Bergen, Rockland, and Westchester areas. Camp will be different in some ways, and yet similar to BTW Camps of the past – Broadway Performers teaching classes, Broadway Stars as guest instructors, one-on-one attention, workshops, and assistance in developing your performance skills – singing, acting, and dancing. Regardless of what level you are at – we’ll help you get to the next level. And yes, there will be an end of the camp musical revue.

After following the successful model of BTW's fall production, THE DROWSY CHAPERONE, this winter, BTW is excited to safely produce a full-length musical in just two weeks! Complete with staging, musical numbers, lights, sets, costumes, and more! If you have missed out on doing a show this year, Performance Camp is for you! BTW successful production of The Drowsy Chaperone is still available for streaming. To see our show from this past winter, please click here. This year's Performance Camp production is to be announced; everyone who registers will be apart of the show!

BTW will be enacting numerous safety protocols to ensure a COVID Sensitive Environment for all campers and staff, following the model of last year's in-person Summer Camp and BTW's fall production, these precautions include and are not limited to taking campers and staff temperature before entering the building, filling out a Daily COVID Screening Form, mask-wearing at all times, smaller socially distant groups, and more. For more information on our COVID Protocols, please visit our website.

What is Broadway Theater Workshops?
We are a year-round theater program in residence at St. Joseph’s Regional High School providing the community with workshops, summer camps, school musicals, and drama productions.  Our Goal is to prepare our students to work on stage with passion, confidence, determination and strong performance skills.   We provide a safe, supportive environment with staff who offer students unique and fun theater training. We help our students develop the three major areas of performance—singing, acting, and dance and ensure that at whatever level they arrive, they will be further along when they leave as a result of their camp experience.
