Welcome to the SJR Family
Transitioning to high school is a significant milestone, and we are here to make it an exciting and smooth journey for your son. To help freshmen acclimate to St. Joseph Regional High School, make new friends, and build lasting connections, we proudly host the Freshman Community Weekend—a time filled with social, athletic, and spiritual activities.
This weekend is a celebration of the SJR family spirit, with participation from administrators, faculty, staff, and an amazing group of upperclassmen student leaders. It is the perfect opportunity for your son to bond with his classmates and experience the values of Think, Lead, Serve in action.

- A stunning 150-acre property on the Hudson River, just 70 miles north of SJR.
This serene and inspiring setting provides the perfect backdrop for reflection, friendship, and fun.
Reserve Your Spot
To confirm your son’s participation:
- Submit the Permission Slip and Payment as soon as possible.
- Pack according to the provided Packing List (see below).
