Salary Range: $75,000–$105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and role responsibilities

Position Overview
Saint Joseph Regional High School seeks a mission-aligned, student-centered Director of Admissions for the 2025–2026 school year. The ideal candidate will develop and implement strategies to meet enrollment goals, oversee the day-to-day operations of the Admissions department, monitor and analyze recruitment data and maintain a commitment to Catholic education in a college preparatory environment.

General Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or certification preferred where applicable
- Prior experience in a Catholic school or similar setting preferred
- Prior experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to student-centered education and professional collaboration
- Alignment with the mission and values of Catholic education
