College Representative Visits: An Opportunity for Juniors and Seniors
College visits are an excellent chance for juniors and seniors to meet with College Admissions Officers, learn about programs, and gather up-to-date information and materials about prospective schools. These sessions, held in small groups, are offered both in-person and virtually, allowing students to engage directly with representatives and ask meaningful questions.
How to Prepare for College Visits
Before the Visit

Do Your Research:
- Visit the College Board website to read about the school.
- Ensure the college offers the programs you’re interested in and that you meet its admissions criteria.

Sign Up on Naviance:
- Log into Family Connection.
- Click on “Colleges.”
- On the right-hand side, select “View All Upcoming College Visits” and register.
- Be sure to sign up at least two days in advance.
Visit Details
In-Person Visits:
- Location: Guidance Office
- Times: 8:55 AM – 1:20 PM, Monday through Thursday
Virtual Visits:
- Times: 2:00 PM – 4:30 PM, Monday through Thursday
- On the Day of the Visit:
- You will receive an email with the URL link to join the virtual meeting.
