A message from the Athletic Director

Dear Saint Joseph Regional High School Community,

As the Athletic Director of St. Joseph Regional High School, I am proud to share our commitment to developing exceptional student-athletes through a diverse range of athletic programs. Our mission, embodied in Think, Lead, and Serve  and the spirit of Vir Fidelis- “Be Faithful"—guides us in instilling core values of integrity, perseverance, and collaboration in our young men.

At St. Joseph, while we celebrate the individual talents of our athletes, our focus is on teamwork and the collective effort that drives our success. Each of our athletic programs—including football, soccer, basketball, hockey, golf, lacrosse, bowling, cross country, wrestling, baseball, winter and spring track, and tennis—emphasizes the importance of working together to achieve common goals. We believe that true success is built on unity, trust, and the shared commitment to doing things the right way, both on and off the field.

We also recognize that being a student-athlete encompasses much more than performance in competitions. Our strong emphasis on academics ensures that our athletes are well-prepared for the challenges of collegiate life. We take great pride in seeing our graduates succeed across various collegiate levels—Division I, II, and III—where they not only compete but thrive, leveraging their athletic experiences to excel academically and personally.

Our commitment extends beyond athletics; we seek to cultivate well-rounded individuals. Each of our programs fosters leadership development and instills the essential characteristics that define a strong young man: resilience, discipline, and respect. These qualities, alongside our emphasis on teamwork, are vital for success in life, both during and after high school.
