Accepted Students “Knight”

On Wednesday, February 1, the Saint Joe’s community welcomed the Class of 2027 at the Annual Accepted Students “Knight.” A group of approximately one-hundred Green Knight Ambassadors, parent volunteers, and faculty members worked tirelessly on Friday afternoon to ensure the evening ran smoothly, and it was indeed an astounding success.

The event began at 5:30 P.M. in the Media Center, where the incoming Donelly Scholars and their families were introduced to the program and the potential future classes they would be taking. They were also given the opportunity to meet a few of the current Donelly Scholar students, parents and teachers.

As the evening continued, the incoming Donelly Scholars, along with the rest of the Class of 2027 families, were escorted to the gymnasium for dinner. They enjoyed a plethora of chicken fingers, sandwiches, salads, chicken franchise, eggplant rollatini, pasta, and grab-and-go desserts. While eating, they were able to ask questions to current students and parents. The Class of 2027 was then escorted to the Inserra Theater for a presentation. After that, the Saint Joe’s Performing Arts Department provided a sample of their musical Into the Woods.

Overall, this event was enjoyable for everyone who participated, and it hopefully finalized students’ decision to make Saint Joe's home for the next four years. The Saint Joe’s community couldn’t be more ecstatic to welcome such a talented group of students to the next stage of their lives.
