PCTI-The Green Knights returned to the win column on Monday against PCTI with a score of 5-3. SJR had four goal scorers: Michael Chang ‘23, Paul Giblin ‘25, Andrew Chiarello ‘25, and Logan Hughes ‘25. Hughes scored two goals. The Green Knights played a solid defensive game led by Senior Goaltender Joseph Monte who ended the game with 19 saves.
Hillsborough (Senior Night)-The Green Knights celebrated three seniors on Thursday 2/9 prior to the game against Hillsborough High School: Mikey Chang, Joseph Monte, and Steven Odierno. The Raiders started off the game with a quick goal but SJR was quick to respond with 3 unanswered goals in two shifts. Ultimately, the game was back and forth and ended in a 5-5 tie. The goal scorers for the Green Knights included Mikey Chang ‘23, Kyle Kondratowicz ‘26, Shane Tobin ‘25, and Logan Hughes ‘25 (2). Senior Goaltender Joseph Monte ended the game with 39 saves.
