Kicking off the Lenten season, more than a dozen Green Knights spent time after school on Tuesday, February 28 to make more than 150 peanut butter and jelly sandwiches for the Saint Joseph Social Service Center in Elizabeth, NJ.
Mr. Scott Becker coordinated the efforts and drove the sandwiches down for the lunch the following day.
