From March 23-26, SJR joined seven other schools from across the country on the Christ Encounter Retreat at the Marist Brothers Center at Esopus.
Patrick Reilly '24 and Colin Finn '24 were joined by alumni Shane Brennan '22 and Rory Finn '19 and teacher Beth Evans who served as chaperone.
The Green Knights spent time exploring the campus, enjoying outdoor prayer, icebreakers and sharing meals with their fellow students from as far as Texas, Illinois and Florida.
Retired faculty member Br. John Dunning was also on site while President Bob Fazio paid a visit, his first to the retreat center, on Friday.
"This is an unbelievable place," Fazio remarked.
