Health and Fitness Club

The club will discuss topics related to nutrition and fitness for the human body. Discussing different types of diets, and training correlated to it. Activities will consist of watching videos, discussing fitness, and  discussing exercise techniques. We will dive into some of the controversial issues in the fitness community with the goal of understanding what is scientifically verifiable information. The goal is to foster a lifestyle of health and strength. Also, we will analyze the scientifics of nutrition and fitness. By doing so, we will identify the pros and cons of the fitness world.
